About Us
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Larysa Minihane. I am originally from Ukraine and relocated to the UK in 2016. I am married and fortunate to have an exceptional, joyful, and talented daughter.
I am a certified Sound Healing Practitioner in the UK, and I am genuinely passionate about my work. I conduct monthly Sound Healing Bath sessions in Gosport, Walton-on-Thames and Fareham.
During my sessions, I utilize Tibetan singing bowls, a variety of gongs including the "Aura" 28 inch, the gong "Ukrainian Heart" 36 inch, the gong "Vento" 20 inch, Grotta Sonora "Cosmos", crystal singing bowls, crystal chalice, crystal harp, chimes, and a 24 inch shamanic drum. Participants do not need to do anything—merely lie down, relax, and allow their bodies to absorb the transformative power of healing vibrations and frequencies.
I offer regular group sessions as well as individual 1:1 sessions focused on sound and stone healing in Fareham and Gosport.

Did you know that sound baths can have amazing effects on our minds? Similar to meditation, sound baths can decrease the activity in the Default Mode Network (DMN), which is the part of our brain that gets busy when we daydream or think too much about ourselves.
When the DMN quiets down during a sound bath, it helps us let go of distracting thoughts and feel more present. This shift allows us to focus better and improves our mental clarity.
Sound baths also promote mindfulness, encouraging us to tune into the sounds around us and our own body sensations. This awareness can improve our emotional well-being by reducing negative thoughts and feelings of anxiety.
Brainwave Entrainment & Theta States
One of the most powerful effects of rhythmic drumming is brainwave entrainment — when steady beats (around 4–7 Hz) guide the brain into the Theta state.
Theta brainwaves are linked to deep relaxation, meditation, heightened intuition, and access to the subconscious. In this state, shamanic drumming supports emotional release, insight, and spiritual journeying — all essential for energy healing.

One of the core ideas behind sound healing with quartz crystal bowls is resonance. Which instruments do you use?
I use different types of gongs ( the "Aura" 28 inch, the gong "Ukrainian Heart" 36 inch, the gong "Vento" 20 inch, Grotta Sonora "Cosmos", Shamanic drum 24 inch, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and other healing instruments.
How long is a session?
Sessions typically last between 50 minutes to an hour, allowing time to fully relax.
Do I need prior experience?
No experience is needed; just come open to the experience.
Is sound healing safe?
Yes, it’s a gentle and non-invasive practice suitable for most people. If you have any health condition, please check if sound healing safe for you with your GP.
How should I prepare for a session?
Wear comfortable clothes and arrive 10 min before the session with an open mind to fully benefit.
Bring with you a yoga mat, pillow and blanket.
