About Us

Let me introduce myself. My name is Larysa Minihane. I’m originally from Ukraine and relocated to the UK in 2016. I’m married and blessed with an amazing, joyful, and talented 6-year-old daughter.

I am a qualified Sound Healing Practitioner here in the UK, and I’m truly passionate about the work I do. I host monthly Sound Healing Bath sessions in Gosport and Fareham.

During my sessions, I play Tibetan singing bowls, various gongs like "Aura" 28 inch, Wind gong "Flower of Life" 32 inch, gong "Om" 20 inch, crystal singing bowls, crystal chalice, chimes, and a 24 inch shamanic drum. You don’t need to do anything—just lie down, relax, and allow your body to absorb the magic of healing vibrations and frequencies.

I do regular group sessions and 1:1 sessions with sound and stone healing in Fareham and Gosport.

I’m looking forward to welcoming you to one of my sessions soon!

FAQs

What is sound healing?

Sound healing uses vibrations and frequencies from instruments to promote deep meditative relaxation.

Experience the Power of Sound Baths!

Did you know that sound baths can have amazing effects on our minds? Similar to meditation, sound baths can decrease the activity in the Default Mode Network (DMN), which is the part of our brain that gets busy when we daydream or think too much about ourselves.

When the DMN quiets down during a sound bath, it helps us let go of distracting thoughts and feel more present. This shift allows us to focus better and improves our mental clarity.

Sound baths also promote mindfulness, encouraging us to tune into the sounds around us and our own body sensations. This awareness can improve our emotional well-being by reducing negative thoughts and feelings of anxiety.

Brainwave Entrainment & Theta States

One of the most powerful effects of rhythmic drumming is brainwave entrainment — when steady beats (around 4–7 Hz) guide the brain into the Theta state.

Theta brainwaves are linked to deep relaxation, meditation, heightened intuition, and access to the subconscious. In this state, shamanic drumming supports emotional release, insight, and spiritual journeying — all essential for energy healing.

Cellular-Level Benefits of Crystal Sound Healing

One of the core ideas behind sound healing with quartz crystal bowls is resonance. Since our bodies are largely made of water and contain naturally structured, crystalline components at a cellular level, many believe that pure, high-frequency vibrations from the bowls can interact with the body’s own frequencies.

Vibrational “Cellular Massage”

It’s suggested that sound waves travel through the body’s tissues and fluids, creating a gentle vibrational massage that may help cells return to a more balanced, harmonious state—especially if stress or tension has created imbalance.

A Supportive Healing Environment

Crystal bowl sessions often guide the mind into deep relaxation or a theta-brainwave state. This calm, restful state may support the body’s natural ability to repair, restore, and rebalance.

Improved Circulation

A singing bowl sessions led to greater drops in heart rate and blood pressure compared to silence, suggesting a positive effect on circulation and overall relaxation.

Immune System Support

A deep relaxation triggered by these vibrations may support the immune system, potentially connected to nitric oxide signaling—though this is based on anecdotal observations.

Which instruments do you use?

I use different types of gongs (32 inch "Flower of Life", 28 inch "Aura", 20 inch "Om" ), Shamanic drum 24 inch, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and other healing instruments.

How long is a session?

Sessions typically last between 50 minutes to an hour, allowing time to fully relax.

Do I need prior experience?

No experience is needed; just come open to the experience.

Is sound healing safe?

Yes, it’s a gentle and non-invasive practice suitable for most people. If you have any health condition, please check if sound healing safe for you with your GP.

How should I prepare for a session?

Wear comfortable clothes and arrive 10 min before the session with an open mind to fully benefit.
